Can I edit my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be modified once placed - production starts immediately. You can place a new order at any time with updated specs. Your original order will still be produced as confirmed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept iDEAL, PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Bancontact, Pay By Bank, EPS, and SEPA Transfer - all with a 2% discount. On account is available for verified business accounts with a valid VAT number.
What if my parts arrive damaged?
Report it within 2 weeks of delivery with photos. Once we confirm the damage, we will produce new parts at no cost. If you no longer need the order, we'll issue a full refund.
Can I order from a previous quote?
Yes. All quotes are saved in your dashboard. If the quote is still valid (within 1 day), you can order directly. Expired quotes can be refreshed with one click.
