What if my parts arrive damaged?
CutWise stands behind the quality of every part we produce. If your parts arrive damaged, contact our support team within 2 weeks of delivery with photos of the issue. Once we confirm the damage, we will produce new replacement parts at no cost. If you no longer need the order, we will issue a full refund instead.
Document the damage
Take clear photos of the damaged parts and the packaging before discarding anything.
Contact us within 2 weeks
Reach out by phone or email with your order number and photos. We'll review and confirm the claim.
New parts or full refund
Once confirmed: we reproduce your parts for free, or issue a full refund if you no longer need them.
2-week notice period
You have 2 weeks from delivery to report damaged parts. Once confirmed, we will either reproduce the parts at no charge or provide a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Choose Shipping
Select standard or express delivery. See the estimated arrival date.

Pay by credit card or invoice. All transactions are encrypted.

Receive your confirmation email and track production in real time.
Step-by-step guide
Review Your Quote
Log in to your CutWise account and navigate to "My Quotes." Find the quote you want to order and open it. Double-check all part details before proceeding.
- Verify part geometry and dimensions
- Confirm material and surface finish
- Check quantity and unit price
Important: Quotes are valid for 1 day only. If your quote has expired, simply re-upload your file to generate a fresh price.

Go to Checkout
When you're satisfied with the quote details, click Order Now to proceed to checkout.
- Add more parts or modify your order before completing checkout
- Update quantities directly in the checkout
- Review the complete price summary before placing your order

Choose Shipping
Enter your delivery address and select your preferred shipping option. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected service.
- Standard Delivery: 7-14 business days
- Express Delivery: 3-5 business days (depending on the destination country)
- Live shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout

Secure Payment
Pay safely using iDEAL, PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Bancontact, Pay By Bank, EPS, or SEPA Transfer - all with a 2% discount automatically applied. On account terms are available for verified business accounts.
